Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Caldoria Studio booking platform (the “Platform”), including creating an account, requesting or confirming bookings, payments (where applicable), cancellations, and acceptable use.

1) Acceptance of Terms
What you agree to when using the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.

2) Accounts & Eligibility
Account responsibility, age requirements, and security.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and make bookings, unless permitted by applicable law and the service provider’s policies.

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately and reset your credentials. We may suspend accounts to protect users and the Platform.

3) Bookings, Availability & Confirmations
How booking requests are processed and confirmed.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation through the Platform or by email, depending on your chosen communication settings.

We strive to keep calendars accurate, but errors may occur. If a requested time becomes unavailable, we may propose alternative slots or cancel the request without charge.

You agree to arrive on time and comply with venue or provider rules communicated during booking and check-in.

4) Payments, Fees & Taxes
Charges, authorizations, and third‑party payment handling.

Where applicable, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for booking fees, deposits, add-ons, and applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.

Some bookings may require a deposit to reserve time. Additional charges may apply for overtime, damages, or premium services if clearly communicated and accepted.

Taxes are calculated based on the best available information and may be adjusted if rates change or if additional tax data is required.

5) Cancellations, Rescheduling & No‑Shows
When refunds apply and what happens if you miss your slot.

Cancellation and rescheduling rules may vary depending on the service provider, venue, and selected offering. The applicable policy is shown at booking time and becomes part of your agreement.

No‑shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or fees. Late arrivals may reduce service time without price adjustment unless the provider agrees otherwise.

If we cancel due to operational issues, we will provide a refund where applicable or offer rescheduling options.

6) Acceptable Use
Prohibited actions and behavior standards.

You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes: attempting unauthorized access; scraping; interfering with security features; uploading malicious code; or using the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities.

Harassment, hate content, explicit threats, and doxxing are prohibited. We may remove content, cancel bookings, or suspend accounts to protect users and comply with law.

7) Intellectual Property
Our content, your content, and permissions.

All Platform materials (design, UI, logos, and text) are owned by or licensed to Caldoria Studio and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any portion without permission.

If you submit content (e.g., booking notes, reviews, uploaded assets), you represent you have rights to do so and grant us a limited license to host and display it as necessary to operate the Platform.

8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Important legal protections and limits.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caldoria Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In such cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9) Changes, Suspension & Termination
When access can be restricted and how we handle updates.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform, including features and availability, for maintenance, security, or business reasons.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, used the Platform fraudulently, or created risk for other users or our operations.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Certain provisions (e.g., intellectual property, liability limits) survive termination.
